What it means to me: This is a hymn I’ve known my whole life. I love the music, but also the words. We’re asking God to constantly be with us on our journey lest we stumble and fall, and, during the lowest points in our lives.

What it means to me: I learned this song only within the past year. Recently, this was the final song at the funeral of a 90 year old man, and it gave me chills! The chorus says, “I will rise up”, and that is the goal that we’re all working towards! The music is beautiful!
